We're finally able to start capturing Jaclyn's beautiful blue eyes on camera. We can only hope they stay this way; they're gorgeous right now!

Mindy and Landon came to visit. He's 7 1/2 months and VERY active. I'm very excited for Jaclyn to get that age, but will make sure to enjoy the time I get to sit and cuddle with her now. He was exploring everything while he was here; Mindy was hardly able to turn her head for a second! It's amazing how much of a personality he has already and how much fun he is to watch as he investigates everything around him; especially our cats and Jaclyn. He's just beginning to try to stand and has only been crawling for a couple of weeks. I was very glad to be able to see what I have to look forward to; just don't want it to come too soon!

Zia Janell took us grocery shopping. (I think it's Zia, maybe it's Tia; it's supposed to mean Aunt in Italian. Janell likes it better than Aunt)

except for try to root on her blanket...
so he turned her over...
and she was much happier!
I guess we'll have to keep trying at the "Tummy Time."

Daddy thought it would be funny for Jaclyn to put her hand in the cake. As cute as it was, I don't know if the green food coloring will come out of her birthday outfit that Grandma bought her. Oops!!!
Tommy, Uncle Chris, Uncle Jake, Daddy, Brian, and Randy all came over to meet Jaclyn and celebrate Daddy's birthday. It was a great surprise for him to have them all over here; even if some of them didn't know it was his birthday! ;o)

Mommy took a lot of pictures today, it was the first day she had actually done her hair and make-up since she had Jaclyn, who knows when she'd get a chance to do it again? I don't know if Jaclyn was a fan of all of the pictures though!
She did better in this one! 
Katrina's a lot better in the kitchen than Mommy! She knows how to make Daddy's favorite pie; she and Jake made him a pecan pie for his birthday.

Monday was Cousin Rush's birthday. He is one of the cutest little boys in the world!

A perfect ending to a perfect day... Once again, she's definitely a Daddy's girl!
Auntie Erin, Great Grandma Godfrey, Grandma and Grandpa all came up to celebrate Auntie Erin's birthday (and Daddy's). Auntie Erin bought Jaclyn this dress for her to wear for her birthday. She said that Jaclyn had too many pink dresses and needed a blue one (Erin's quite the tom-boy). We weren't sure how long the dress would last, so took all these pictures in a matter of minutes, so we could make sure to capture her in her party dress before it was soaked with spit-up! Enjoy, she looks adorable, as always!!!!!
